Our Three Takeaways

Inspired by Jared's story, we act with intention and heart.

01

Not Your Fault

Mental illness is not a character flaw or a personal failure. It is a medical condition, and no one is to blame for experiencing it.

02

Ask For Help

While it's not your fault, if you're experiencing symptoms that interfere with any aspect of your life, it is your responsibility to seek help. Reaching out is strength, not weakness.

03

You Are Not Alone

Millions of people experience mental health challenges. You are part of a community that understands and supports you.

Being friends with Jared was both thrilling and eye-opening. He had a way of pushing me beyond my comfort zone and turning an ordinary day into an adventure. Jared never accepted 'no' at face value. He asked questions that made me see the world from new perspectives. At the end of the day, he was always there to slow down, relax, and enjoy life together.
